In a demon world country, the Demon King was vanquished by a hero and a contest was organized to determine the next ruler, known as the New Demon King. The tournament was overseen by the Imperial Four Heavenly Kings Vermilio, who was enraged by the inclusion of Helck, a human hero who was considered their adversary. Upon learning that Urum Castle had fallen before the final battle, Vermilio resolved to recapture it alongside Helck and the remaining contenders. Despite his smiling countenance, Helck uttered the ominous phrase, "Let's annihilate the humans." However, the veracity behind his words remains to be seen.
